Medication prescriptions are required for medication management. There are two ways to do this:
* For all controlled substances, a handwritten, hard copy is required. The original handwritten script MUST be mailed to Kelley-Ross Pharmacy: 2324 Eastlake Ave. E., Suite 400, Seattle, WA 98102. Kelley-Ross cannot dispense any controlled substance until this is received.
